Stand at the back of the circle

Both shoulders and feet should point to the back of the circle, with your feet shoulder width apart. Both knees are slightly bent, and your weight is evenly distributed.

Hold the shot as usual
Spin around on your left foot
Turn your hips and push forward
Place the shot under your jawbone
Extend your left arm upward
Jump and land on your right foot
Stand at the back of the circle
Grip the shot with your fingers
Move forward more as you practice
Stand inside the circle
Pivot on the right foot
Release the shot
