Eat foods (fruits and vegetables) with high Aggregate Nutrient Density Index (ANDI) scores. The five most nutrient dense veggies are kale, watercress, collard greens, bok choy and spinach. The five most nutrient dense fruits are strawberries, blackberries, plums, raspberries and blueberries.
