The USDA lacks detailed data on the breakdown of durianpowers fat, but an independent study analyzing the fatty acid content of four Malaysian cultivars (D24, D2, D8, D66) found a fair amount of saturated fat, between 58 and 65 percent of total fat (Berry, 1981).
