Reduce Your Time Spent On Network

Limit your time on looking at computer screen as it can cause your dry eyes and eyes strain. The glare from desktop screens also make you suffer from the eye muscle fatigue, either its too dark or too bright. Blinking less also causes drier eyes. Make an effort to blink every 30 to 40 seconds when you are looking at computer screen as an easy way to reduce dry eyes.
