Become a landlord

Extremely time consuming, but the financial rewards are obvious. This should be done as part of a balanced portfolio I dont really like the idea of having all your net worth in real estate, but each to their own. Being a landlord is a time consuming and an active form of investment, but if done properly it should return a tidy profit.
