1939 BMW RS255 Kompressor

US$480,000 Formerly owned by BMW works rider Walter Zeller, this machine was a private project built using many parts sourced directly from the BMW factory using Zellers influence. Though not an original works machine, this recreation of a BMW RS255 Kompressor used a genuine 1939 BMW RS255 Kompressor engine, a 1951 Rennsport plunger frame, plus numerous modifications (twin leading shoe front brake, re creation forks) which make it an authentic re creation of an RS255 Kompressor spanning the pre and post war era.
