What is an avalanche

A snow avalanche is like any other natural force which we see in the form of earthquakes or tornadoes. When loose snow slides down a slope, it gathers more snow and becomes larger, wider and massive with greater speeds falling down. Avalanches with dry snow is very devastating as it half flies in the air as well.
