Why do Astronauts use space suits

Astronauts wear space suits whenever they leave a spacecraft as they become exposed to very low temperatures and high levels of radiation. Since there is no air in space, the suits provide breathing are equipped with an attached apparatus. Thus this suit is essential for an astronaut otherwise he would freeze due to cold in gravity less space.
