In pregnant ladies, regular consumption of a small slice of papaya helps to curenausea and morning sickness. A very simple method for moisturizing the skin is applying papaya on it. Take a ripe papaya, clean it and blend it into a fine paste. Now apply this paste on your face for 15 minutes. Wash it off using a wash cloth and pat dry to get great results.
