Kerry Washington

Kerry Marisa Washington is an American actress born on January 31, 1977. She attended the Spence School in Manhattan, and later went to The George Washington University, and graduated in 1998 with double majors in sociology and anthropology. She has starred in the ABC series Scandal, which have earned her Screen Actors Guild Award, Golden Globe Award, and Primetime Emmy Award nominations. Washington is famous for her role in the movie Ray, The Last King of Scotland, the live action films Fantastic Four of 2007 and 2005, and Django Unchain. She has also acted in the critically acclaimed independent films Our Song, The Dead Girl, and Night Catches Us.
