Substitutions

There may only be 10 players (5 on each team) in the pool, no exceptions. The extra players may wait behind the goal line of the goal they are defending. One of the players in the pool can sub out and one of the waiting players may sub in at any time during the game. When subbing in, you must wait until the entire boat of the player subbing out has exited the pool.
