Zooey Deschanel

Zooey Claire Deschanel is an American actress, singer songwriter, and musician born on January 17, 1980. Deschanel debut film Mumford, was released in 1999. Her breakout role came in the semi autobiographical 2000 movie Almost Famous. Deschanel is also famous for her supporting acts in films like The Good Girl, Elf , The Hitchhiker s Guide to the Galaxy, Failure to Launch , Bridge to Terabithia, Yes Man , and (500) Days of Summer . She also portrayed a titular act in the comedy series Fox and New Girl since 2011. Deschanel has also performed in jazz cabaret act If All the Stars Were Pretty Babies. Besides singing, Zooey plays keyboards, banjo, ukulele, percussion.
