Liquid eyeliner

Have Q tips (cotton swabs) close at hand when applying liquid eyeliner. Its much easier to correct a mistake or a too thick line before the liquid dries.To avoid dulling the line, liquid liner should be applied after eye shadow but always apply mascara last.
