Yoga is one my favorite classes to teach. Yoga can help you feel centered. It stretches and strengthens your body, improves your breathing and awareness, and empowers your mind.

Think two pounds at a time
Put yourself first
Add some muscle building activities to your weekly workouts
Take before and after photos of yourself
Stop eating when you are satiated and not stuffed
Get enough sleep
Take one day a week for active recovery
Dont overdo it on cocktails
Read other success stories as motivation
Realize exercise and your diet are married
Change your limits and surprise yourself
Eat foods that are closest to their natural state as possible
