Bentley Flying Spur

August 7, 2014 : Bentley India launched the new Flying Spur with a V8 engine at a price of Rs. 3.10 crore. The manufacturer already sells the Spur with a W12 motor. Bentley in India is sold by Exclusive Motors . Although both the W12 and V8 siblings are identical but the V8 offers subtle changes like black finished front bumper grille and red center to the Bentley wings badges. The V8 version retains the characteristics of the high W12 but packs an impressive range of 700 km on single tank of fuel.

The luxury car maker Bentley had introduced its premium saloon model, Flying Spur in Indian auto market barely a year ago. Initially, it introduced only one variant that was badged as W12. This variant is powered by a 6.0 litre engine, which is capable of generate 616bhp of peak power and 800Nm of mammoth torque. This vehicle is impressive in terms of acceleration as it can break the 100 Kmph speed mark in mere 4.6 seconds. Now, another variant has been rolled out in this series that is christened as Bentley Flying Spur V8 and it is equipped with a 4.0 litre petrol mill. It is capable of producing a peak power of 500bhp along with a maximum torque output of 660Nm. This luxury saloon comes with a superior braking and suspension mechanism, which contributes towards providing an unmatched driving experience. This saloon is perhaps one of the most luxurious vehicles available in the automobile market. This enigmatic saloon is classy from outside and lavish from inside. It comes equipped with several innovative features that certainly makes the journey an enchanting experience. This vehicle comes with an iconic body design with rich exteriors that allows you to make a style statement on the go. Its has a unique chrome based radiator grille surrounded by dual headlight cluster, which is the most attractive part of its frontage. There is a lot of chrome used for the air dam in its front bumper, which further adds to its magnificence. The rear profile of this Flying Spur is even fascinating with chrome surrounded tail light cluster, exhaust pipes, boot lid and not to forget, the iconic company logo. Its internal cabin is perhaps the best place where you can relax on the go.

It has a spacious cabin, which is packed with some of the most innovative comfort features and utility based equipments. The Flying Spur W12 trim is a four seater that comes with 2+2 seating arrangement including a fixed central console in rear. While the Flying Spur V8 variant is a five seater trim that has a bench seat in the rear. All the seats are quite wide, well cushioned and have been covered in premium leather upholstery. Its cabin is done up in a dual tone color scheme, which is further emphasized by wooden and chrome inserts. The rear cabin occupants will get to enjoy ultimate entertainment owing to the rear seat entertainment system featuring an LCD color display that comes incorporated with 64 GB hard disc. On the whole, this new luxury saloon from the British automaker is a true masterpiece tailor made for those, who have the desire to experience ultimate luxury.
