Remember to breathe

While being caught up in the hurries of life, dont forget to breathe. It is important that you inhale and exhale deeply every now and then. Take a deep breath through your nostrils and feel the air move through your lungs and push your stomach out. Exhale with the same effect. Do this continuously for three to five minutes at a time. You should follow this at least twice a day to get your body the oxygen it needs. Feel the breath move through your system and focus on the movement of air, and little else while you are at it.
