So, ensure that you have your food long before bedtime, so that your body is able to rest at night and sleep like you should be doing ideally. Heavier meals take longer to digest, so have it earlier in the evening, so that you can sleep through the entire night like a baby.
3. The Sound of Silence
Sit in silence for at least 10 minutes every day. This is an excellent stress buster and increases your concentration as you pay attention to what is happening around you. You will be surprised to hear the various sounds of nature and life around you, when you are silent. There may be sounds that you never heard of. While your tongue isnt moving, your other senses are optimized and you can feel the difference. Make this a practice and this will have you looking forward to it every day. 4. Just relax
When you are stressed over something, the best way to get over it is to ignore it. Trying to manage a problem when stressed, only adds to the agony. So, the remedy is to take time off and relax. You will come back feeling refreshed and in a better situation to attack the core of the problem. Try to not think of the issue while you are on a break.
