Black with Metallic Hues

Somehow, black seems to gel perfectly with all metallic hues. The black and gold combination, for example, is a timetested one, one that will probably never go out of fashion. Even copper along with black does well, as shown by the nail art work in the image here. The copper leaves on the middle and ring fingers look perfectly right against a black backdrop. In fact, the dark background only brings out the richness of the copper color. An imaginative mind would say that the combination looks like fall during the night! Add to that the thin copper bands on the fingers and the feeling of fall just gets enhanced.
