Semen Elistratov

Semen Elistratov, the short track speed skater hails from Ufa Russia. A physical education graduate from the university of physical culture in Bakshira he has represented the national team since 2007. In the ISU championships in Jan 14 he won gold in the 1500m event. He ranked 24th in the 500 m at the winter games 2010 but in the 2012 European championships he was a dual silver medalist in both the 1500 and the 3000m . He has also won gold in the relay event at Sochi. Elistratovs achievements over the years make him a formidable contender in short track races.
