Strawberry tarts

You guys Youre going to have so much fun making and eating these cute little strawberry tarts that you would, even if only for a second, forget that I am the self proclaimed queen of chocolate desserts. ; Whether it is because Im seeing fresh, plump strawberries everywhere or because Valentines Day is quickly creeping up on us, Im having this urge to cook a lot with strawberries. My Cake crumb tart shells would be perfect to make these strawberry tarts. Or you can buy tart shells from any nearby store and fill them up with various fillings. I made a quick strawberry marshmallow pudding for the filling and topped them off with some deliciously stewed strawberries. Needless to say, we all enjoyed the strawberry overload.
