I have gluten allergy

Everyone these days seems to be complaining about gluten. Gluten has become so notorious that it has been blamed for almost everything that ails humanity. Scientifically, however, it is interesting to know that gluten is accountable only for three disorders: non celiac gluten sensitivity, wheat allergies and celiac disease. Experts claim that there is no such thing as gluten allergy, and it is not a recognized allergy. It could be wheat allergy, which you may be mistaking for gluten allergy.
