Herbal Remedy Ice Cream

Yakuzen is the name given to the various herbs and plants used in traditional Oriental medicine, as well as to this ice cream. Mind you, the practice employs such exotics as rhinoceros toenail clippings and tiger tails, neither of which have made their way into an ice cream, which would probably have been a better fate for this flora, too.
