GALAPAGOS ISLANDS ECUADOR
Situated 900km off the west coast of Ecuador the Galapagos are an archipelago of 18 major volcanic islands that are host to a unique collection of flora and fauna. Central to the studies of the naturalist Charles Darwin the Gal?pagos and the waters that surround them are now part of national park. This spectacular location was designated as a World Heritage Site in 1978.
