A rather dark comedy, this film was so titled for reasons even the filmmakers havent been able to figure out yet. Featuring Kay Kay Menon, Dilip Prabhavalkar and Anupam Kher, Sankat City is about a robbery gone wrong. Forget the film, a loose title as such was a clear indication of everything about the film gone wrong
