Volkswagen Phaeton

Built by Volkswagen R, the special projects wing of Volkswagen, when the longwheelbase version of the Phaeton luxury saloon first emerged it was available with a level of individualisation normally only reserved for the likes of Bentley and RollsRoyce.

Even the facelifted Phaeton is now showing its age, but the original car interior and exterior could be tailored to suit a customers precise requirements. VW also armourplated its Phaeton, equipping the car with the strength to fend off the most brutal of attacks.
