World Tower is a 230 m (750 ft) skyscraper located at 91 Liverpool Street, Sydney, Australia.The building is the tallest residential building in the city since 2004.Construction began in 2001 and was completed in 2004.It was constructed by Meriton Apartments Pty Ltd, which is owned by developer Harry Triguboff.World Tower was the 2004 Bronze recipient of the Emporis Skyscraper Award, and was briefly Australia tallest residential building.The architect was Nation Fender Katsalidis.
