Make a fruit salsa to top fish with by mixing honeydew with tomatoes, cantaloupe, onion, jalapeno peppers, cilantro and lime and orange juices, or start or end your meal with a cold fruit soup made with pureed honeydew, blueberries, oranges and pineapple.
