Warm up

The players will be allowed a warm up on court at the end of the court that they will defend. Teams will not be allowed to throw the ball in the direction of the other teams half of the court.If, during the warm up, a team throws the ball into the other teams half of the court, they will be given a warning by the referee. If the same team throws a second ball into the other teams half of the court they will be given a penalty before the start of the game. Team Penalty Unsportsmanlike Conduct.
