Pikachu

Pikachu is one of the Pokemon creatures from the original Pokemon media franchise. It is present in the games, manga, anime, books, trading cards etc. It is the most popular Pokemon largely because, it is the central character in the franchise and has turned into an icon of Japanese culture in recent times. Pikachu is like a mascot for the series and although there are better options available especially when it comes to battling, no other Pokemon has become as popular as this red-cheeked rodent. Pikachu evolves from a pichu when it levels up with better friendship and evolves into a Raichu when it is with Thunder Stone . As an Electric type Pokemon it can store electricity in its cheeks and is able to release it in Lightning based attacks.
