11. Offside
There is no offside.
12. Fouls and misconduct
a Chargingsliding tackles are forbidden.
b A skater making contact with the ground with any part of the body other than their skates is no longer considered part of the game. The skater may rejoin the game once they return to skate only contact with the ground.
c A skater who unfairly impedes the progress of an opponent when not playing the ball shall be penalised by the awarding of an indirect free kick.
d A skater who is sent off shall be automatically banned for the following match. No substitute is allowed for a skater dismissed for misconduct during the game in which the offence occurred. Violent conduct may result in a ban of more matches.
e Yellowred cards may be awarded by the match referee for any of points a, b, c or d. Cards may also be handed out for deliberate handball or dissent.
13. Free kicks
When a skater is taking a direct or indirect free kick all of the opposing skaters shall be at least 2 metres from the ball until it is in play. All free kicks given against the defending side for infringements committed in or near the penalty area shall be taken from a distance not less than 2 metres outside the penalty area at the nearest point to where the offence occurred.
14. Penalty kick
A penalty kick shall be taken from the penalty mark and, except for a designated defending goalkeeper, only the skater taking the kick may be present between the goal and penalty mark. All other skaters to migrate behine the red mark. If the designated goalkeeper touches the ball with his or her finger, hand or arm then the goal is automatically awarded. If a goal is not scored from a penalty kick then play automatically continues.
15. Extra time
If the scores are level after normal and injury time then an extra period of 2 x 5 minutes, known as extra time, will commence. There is no silver or golden goal rule. If the scores are still level after extra time then each team takes 4 alternating penalties, followed by sudden death the first team to miss in each round of kicks goes out. All skaters in the squad may take part in penalties and each skater must take one penalty each before any skater takes their second kick. Note that for penalties at the end of matches play does not continue no shots from rebounds
16. Determination of position
In this order positions will be determined by the following conditions
a Most points attained 3 for a win, 1 for a draw, 0 for a loss
b Goal difference
c Goals scored
d Result in match played between sides concerned
e Goals scored in match played between sides concerned
f Best disciplinary record
g Drawing lots
17. The throw in
No throw ins. Restarts will be a direct free kick.When the ball is touched by any playercoach as it travels on top of the barricade in the team areas, goes over the barricade, lands in the netting andor travels along the top of the barricade where the netting is attached to the barricade between the home teams corner mark and the visiting teams corner mark, play is stopped, and the team opposing the one that most recently touched the ball is awarded a direct free kickrestart one yard from the barricade nearest the point where the ball left the field of play
18. The goal kick
A goal kick is awarded when the whole of the ball passes over the barricade and into the netting between the corner marks on both sides of the goal last touched by a+C37 player of the attacking team.
The ball is in play when it is kicked beyond the penalty area into the field of play.
19. The corner kick
A corner kick is awarded when the whole of the ball passes over the barricade and into the netting between the corner marks on both sides of the goal last touched by a player of the defending team.
A goal may be scored directly from a corner kick, but only against the opposing team.
20. Goalkeeper
The goalkeeper has five 5 seconds to put the ball back into play after gaining possession and control of the ball.Play will be stopped by the referees when the ball that is thrown by the goalkeeper,travels in the air over the halfway line without being touched by another player. A direct free kick restart will be awarded to the opposing team one 1 yard from the barricade at the offenders red line.Play will be stopped by the referees when the goalkeeper punts the ball.A direct free kick restart will be awarded to the opposing team at the top of the offending teams penalty circle.A drop kick is not considered to be a punted ball. The ball that is drop kicked by the goalkeeper may go over the midfield line.The goalkeeper may slide tackleslide in the penalty area only. If any part of the goalkeepers body leaves the penalty area, played will be stopped, and a direct free kick restart will be awarded to the opposing team at the location where the infringement occurred.
