Dill weed contains four flavonoids including quercetin which continues to be studied for its potential health benefits. One tablespoon of fresh dill weed provides 1 milligram of quercetin about the same amount you would get from one half cup of sweet green peppers. Quercetin prevents inflammation and may also reduce the risk of cancer.
