This elegant fascinator honors the annual holiday celebrating love and romance. This 5 X5 fascinator is made from buckram covered with white poly satin and covered with red sparkle tulle. To red hearts are made from micro suede and embroidered and edged in pearls. Accenting the hat are a sheer red tulle bow and a large red ostrich feather. Wear it when a romantic mood strikes you. All of my items are hand made here in Spring Texas. These arent some cheap hats made in factories, these are hand made here in the USA with much love, care and individual attention to detail.
