11. Alternate shots
If the player doesnt sink a ball on the break, players alternate shots until someone does.
12. Continue until missed shot
A players turn continues until he misses a shot.
13. If a player sinks the cue ball
If a player sinks the white cue ball, the opposing player takes over shooting. He may place the cue ball anywhere on one side of the table between the rack mark and the fence, and may only strike a ball on the opposite side of the table.
14. If a player sinks the 15 ball
If the 15 ball is unintentionally sunk during normal play, the other player automatically wins.
15. Scoring
Any ball legally pocketed counts one point for the shooter.
16. Opening break
Starting player must either designate a ball and a pocket into which that ball will be pocketed and accomplish the shot, or cause the cue ball to contact a ball and then a cushion, plus cause two object balls to contact a cushion. 18. Stalemate
If the referee decides that neither player is attempting to win from the current position, he will announce his decision, and each player will have three more turns at the table. Then, if the referee still feels that there is no progress towards a conclusion, he will declare a stalemate and the original breaker at the start of the game must execute a new break shot.
