21. Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta New Mexico
The Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta is a yearly festival of hot air balloons that takes place in Albuquerque, New Mexico, USA during early October. The balloon fiesta is a nine day event, and has around 750 balloons. The event is the largest hot air balloon festival in the world.

This is a national holiday in the Kingdom of the Netherlands. Celebrated on 27 April (the 26th if the 27th falls on a Sunday), the date marks the birth of King Willem-Alexander. On this day anyone can do selling, so everyone sells everything on the streets. There are games, concerts, performances, and parties on boats in the canals.

The White Nights Festival in St. Petersburg, Russia is an annual international arts festival during the season of the midnight sun. The White Nights Festival consists of a series of classical ballet, opera and music events and includes performances by Russian dancers, singers, musicians and actors, as well as famous international guest stars. This is celbrated during end of June month.
26. Up Helly Aa Fire Festival Scotland
"Up Helly Aa" refers to variety of fire festivals held in Shetland, in Scotland, annually in the middle of winter to mark the end of the yule season. The festival involves a procession of up to a thousand guizers in Lerwick and considerably lower numbers in the more rural festivals, formed into squads who march through the town or village in a variety of themed costumes. After the procession, the squads visit local halls (including schools, sports facilities and hotels), where private parties are held. At each hall, each squad performs its act, which may be a send-up of a popular TV show or film, a skit on local events, or singing or dancing, usually in flamboyant costume

The Grape Throwing Festival is held annually during the last weekend in September, in the wine-growing village of Binissalem, Mallorca. The festival celebrates the grape harvest and the main attractions include a grape-stomping competition, grape-throwing fight, and lots of fun.
29. Pingxi Lantern Festival Taiwan
The Taiwan Lantern Festival is an annual event celebrated in the month of February. Hosted by the Tourism Bureau of the Ministry of Transportation and Communications in Taiwan to celebrate the Lantern Festival, thousands of sky lanterns light over Pingxi District in Taiwan. In Yanshui District, the firecrackers ceremony of Wumiao Temple is also one of the important activities.People write their wishes on fire lanterns and release them into the sky, creating a beautiful spectacle of floating lights.
30. Songkran Water Festival Thailand
Songkran has traditionally been celebrated as the New Year for many centuries, and is believed to have been adapted from an Indian festival Holi, people celebrate by throwing water on each other, using water guns, buckets. The most famous Songkran celebrations are in the northern city of Chiang Mai, where it continues for six days during April. It has also become a party for foreigners and an additional reason for many to visit Thailand for immersion in another culture.
