What will you do when you find employment? Do you have daycare for your children? Dont look for a sitter when you find a job. Have a childcare plan in place

Take your GED test or a first aid course. Dont let your certifications expire. Enroll in the latest computer course. Stay current and upgrade your skills

Are your references current or from your high school days? Is the contact numbers accurate? Change your references based on the job you desire. Tell your contacts employers may call
25. Health issues
Do you have medical issues that may stop you from working? Are your eyeglasses the right prescription? Have you been for a checkup with your doctor and dentist? Eliminate medical barriers
26. Financial Issues
Can you afford to pay rent? Do you have gas for your car? How will you put food on the table for your family? Access Employment Insurance, welfare and local supports. Take care of your basic needs
27. Legal Issues
Do you need a work permit? Do you have your SIN card? Are there bail or parole restrictions? Do you have proper ID? Are you licensed to drive? Eliminate legal issues
