Simply Mocktails

1. Virgin Mary
Ingredients:
Serving for Two :
  • 2 cup tomato juice
  • a dash of tobasco sauce
  • 4 dashes of worcesterchire sauce
  • fresh lemon juice
  • Salt & pepper to taste

    Receipe:
    Dip the rim of the glass in lemon juice and roll the glass in salt. Shake all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker and pour it into the glass. Garnish it with lemon slice on the rim of the glass and serve chilled.
  • 2. Mojito Non Alcoholic
    Ingredients:
    Serving for Two :
  • fresh mint leaves
  • Lime cut into wedges
  • Sugar to taste
  • ice cubes
  • Club soda

    Receipe:
    Place mint leaves, lime wedges and sugar syrup into a sturdy glass. Use a muddler to crush the mint and lime to release the mint oils and lime juice. Add the ice and fill the glass with carbonated water. Stir, taste, and add more sugar if desired. Garnish with the lime wedge
  • 3. Tropical Delight
    Ingredients:
    Serving for Two :
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 2 cup pineapple juice
  • 2 cup mango juice
  • 2 small banana

    Receipe:
    Peel the banana and place in a blender with the juice and coconut milk. Add in some ice and blend for 10 seconds. Pour in a large glass and serve with a straw with a garnish of sliced pineapple on the rim
  • 4. Lemon Punch
    Ingredients:
    Serving for Two :
  • Sugar syrup to taste
  • 2 cups Orange Juice
  • Lime Juice
  • Salt to taste
  • Crushed ice

    Receipe:
    In a pitcher, mix together lime juice, organge juice, sugar syrup and add salt to taste, you can use black salt for better taste.Fill the glass with carbonated water, garnish it with lime wedge and serve chilled.
  • 5. Mixed Fruit Punch
    Ingredients:
    Serving for Two :
  • Cocktail fruit (can)
  • 2 cups milk
  • Vanilla icecream

    Receipe:
    Blend the cocktail fruit in a blender. Add the ice cream and milk and blend till the ice cream is very soft. Pour into glass and garnish with cocktail fruit pieces
  • 6. Mint Cooler
    Ingredients:
    Serving for Two :
  • Fresh mint leaves
  • Lemon juice & Honey
  • Club Soda
  • Ice cubes – as required
  • Water - 2 cups
  • Black Salt to taste

    Receipe:
    Blend the mint leaves, lemon juice, water, honey, ice cubes and salt in a blender. Strain the mixture in a long tail glass, fill the glass with club soda, garnish it with mint leaves and a lime wedge and serve chilled.
  • 7. Banana Smoothie
    Ingredients:
    Serving for Two :
  • 2 Sliced Bananas
  • 1 Cup of vanilla yogurt
  • 3/4 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp of honey
  • Crushed ice

    Receipe:
    Pour the honey, vanilla extract, sliced bananas, vanilla yogurt and crushed ice into a blender. Start blending with a normal speed. Gradually increase the blender speed until the mixture becomes smooth.Pour the mixture into a glass and serve it chilled.
  • 8. Carribean Delight
    Ingredients:
    Serving for Two :
  • lemon Juice
  • Rose Syrup
  • 2 cups of Orange Juice
  • 2 tender Coconuts' Water (chilled)

    Receipe:
    In a pitcher, mix together coconut water, lemon juice, organge juice, and rose syrup, add some ice cubes and serve it chilled. You can garnish it with a lemon or an orange wedge.
  • 9. Carrot And Tomato Smoothie
    Ingredients:
    Serving for Two :
  • 6 medium Carrots
  • 6 medium Tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • Ice cubes as required
  • Salt to taste

    Receipe:
    Cut the carrots and and tomatoes into small pieces and freeze them for some time. Put the frozen tomato and carrots in a blender and blend it until smooth. Add the ice cubes, fresh lemon juice and blend together again. Serve it in a long stemmed glass chilled.
  • 10. Ginger Honey Drink
    Ingredients:
    Serving for Two :
  • 100gm Ginger (peeled and pounded coarsely)
  • Cinnamon Stick (broken into small pieces)
  • Water for two glasses
  • Honey (to taste)
  • Ice Cubes

    Receipe:
    Take a stainless steel pot and place ginger, cinnamon stick and water in it. Bring the water to a boil and Strain the mixture and keep aside for about 1 hour to cool thoroughly.Stir in honey according to taste. Pour it in tall glasses and add some ice cubes.
