The Breeches are fastened below the knees with socks which cover the legs right up to the breeches.

The Glove is slightly padded with a gauntlet that covers approximately half the forearm of the fencers sword arm.

The Foil is a practice weapon made of smooth steel and is no longer than 110cm. The point is blunted and has a plastic button that covers it to protect against any injury.

An underarm protector, which goes underneath the jacket and provides double protection on the sword arm side and upper arm. There is no seam under the arm, which would line up with the jacket seam and provide a weak spot.
