1. Vector Avtech WX8 Hypercar
TheVector WX8is a sports car prototype released under development atVector Motors. It was first shown officially to the public in 2007 revealing the development and the companys ambitious intentions of creating a next generation sportscar successor to their previous models. Vector claims the WX8 may achieve a top speed of 270mph (430km/h) and a zeroto60mph time as low as 2.3 seconds for the version of the car equipped with a 10litreturbochargedengine. This engine is described variously on the companys website as being capable of 1800+ HP, 1850+ HP, and over 1250 horsepower.
As of early 2014 Vector has reported little activity in regards to the WX8 project, although they have made no indications as to the WX8 being scrapped or shelved.
2. Hennessey Venom GT Spyder
The Hennessey Venom GT is an American sports car manufactured by Texasbased Hennessey Performance Engineering. It was revealed on March 29, 2010.
On January 21, 2013, the Venom GT set a Guinness World Record for the fastest production car from 0?300 kilometres per hour (0-186 mph) with an average acceleration time of 13.63 seconds. In addition, the car set an unofficial record for 0?200 mph (0?322 km/h) acceleration at 14.51 seconds, beating the Koenigsegg Agera Rs time of 17.68 seconds, making it the unofficial fastest accelerating car in the world.

On April 3, 2013, the Hennessy Venom GT crested 265.7 mph (427.6 km/h) over the course of 2 miles (3.2 km) during testing at United States Naval Air Station Lemoore in Lemoore, California. Hennessey used two VBOX 3i data logging systems to document the run and had VBOX officials on hand to certify the numbers.
On February 14, 2014, on the Kennedy Space Centers 3.22mile shuttle landing strip in Florida, the Hennessey team recorded a top speed of 270.49 mph (435.31 km/h) with Director of Miller Motorsport Park, Brian Smith, at the wheel. As the run was in a single direction, and only 16 cars have been sold to date , it does not qualify as the worlds fastest production car in the Guinness Book of Records.
3. Bugatti Veyron 16 point 4 Super Sport
The Bugatti Veyron EB 16.4 is a midengined supercar, designed and developed by the Volkswagen Group and manufactured in Molsheim, France, by Bugatti Automobiles S.A.S.
The original version had a top speed of 407.12 km/h (252.97 mph). It was named Car of the Decade (2000?2009) by the BBC television programme Top Gear. The standard Bugatti Veyron also won Top Gears Best Car Driven All Year award in 2005.

The current Super Sport version of the Veyron is recognized by Guinness World Records as the fastest streetlegal production car in the world, with a top speed of 431.072 km/h (267.856 mph), and the roadster Veyron Grand Sport Vitesse version is the fastest roadster in the world, reaching an averaged top speed of 408.84 km/h (254.04 mph) in a test on 6 April 2013.
The Veyrons chief designer was Hartmut Warkuss, and the exterior was designed by Jozef Kaba? of Volkswagen, with much of the engineering work being conducted under the guidance of engineering chief Wolfgang Schreiber.
4. SSC Ultimate Aero TT
The SSC Ultimate Aero is an Americanbuilt midengine sports car by SSC North America . The higherperformance limitedproduction version had formerly been listed in Guinness World Records as the fastest production car in the world. The record is currently held by Bugatti Veyron Super Sport, since 2010 when it reached the speed of 431.072 km/h. In April 2013 the record briefly reverted to the SSC Ultimate Aero during an investigation by Guinness World Records. The SSC Ultimate Aero does not have electronic aids such as ABS brakes or traction control, as according to Jerod Shelby, Early design philosophy on the car was to make it a drivers car. I wanted a car that you not only throttled with your right foot but at times you could steer with your right foot.

The Aero and the Shelby SuperCars company are the brainchildren of Jerod Shelby (no relation to late racing driver and sportscar builder Carroll Shelby), who started out building exotic replicars including a Fierobased Ferrari F355 replica and a Lamborghini Diablo replica based on a spaceframe which later was used in the Ultimate Aero prototype. Shelby later moved from building replicas to designing his first supercar and after seven years it finally began to take shape. Both the basic Aero model and the Ultimate Aero are no longer in production.
5. SSC Tuatara
The SSC Tuatara is a future supercar to be produced by SSC North America.According to the manufacturer, the Tuatara will use an SSC designed billet aluminum twincharged 6.9Litre V8 engine block that will redline at 9,200 rpm and deliver 1,350 hp (1,007 kW) and 1,280 lb
6. Koenigsegg Agera One

8. 9ff Porsche 911 GT2 GTurbo 1200
A few weeks ago, German tuner 9ff unveiled the GTurbo tuning package, but while the most powerful version developed 1,000 HP, 9ff pulled the GTurbo 1200 straight out of a hat during the Essen Motorshow. For those not packing much common sense, thats a model developing a spectacular 1,200 HP.The GTurbo 1200 is based on a Porsche GT2 model, but is modified to be made lighter. There are a series of carbon fiber elements, along side and rear windows that have been replaced by Macrolon items. There is also a new set of 19 wheels.
9. 9ff GT9R Porsche
The 9ff GT9 is a sports car based loosely on the Porsche 911,built by German tuning company 9ff, founded by Jan Fatthauer. Based on the Porsche 911 (997) GT3; the cars are extensively rebuilt and fitted with a heavily modified 4.0 litre flat 6 that produces 738 to 1,120 bhp (550 to 835 kW; 748 to 1,136 PS), depending on the configuration. One of the major differences from a normal 911 is the positioning of the engine; whilst every 911 throughout Porsches history (excluding the Porsche 911 GT1 racer) has been rearengined, the GT9 is midengined for better weight distribution.

It takes the 9ff 3.8 seconds (from a rolling start) or 5.2 seconds (from a standing start) to reach 100 km/h (62 mph), and 17.6 seconds to reach 300 km/h (190 mph). The top speed of the original GT9 is 409 km/h (254 mph). This was faster than the original Bugatti Veyron, but slower than both the SSC Ultimate Aero TT and the Bugatti Veyron SuperSport. The interior of the car has been stripped out for lightness, and thus were very basic compared to a standard 911 Turbo. All GT9s had blue leather, square patterned trim, with a roll cage for safety.9ff stated that only 150 GT9s would be produced, and only 20 of those would have the most powerful engine. Prices ranged between
