Dangerous Situations And How To Escape

Part of the training provided at Sealed Mindset includes learning how to escape potentially dangerou
21. Attacked in elevator
Although getting attacked is never fun, it could certainly be a whole lot better than this. And ladies, this is primarily for you, because it does happen. The worst thing you can do in this situation is what your instincts tell you to do and retreat to the back of the elevator. You want to be in the corner by the door
22. Long Fall
Weve all done it, every time were on an airplane or the 19th floor of our hotel. Its that nagging thought,
23. Caught in crossfire
Your first priority should obviously be to escape. If this is not possible and there is no cover available then lie flat on the ground with your hands over your head (we know, but at least its better than standing with your hands over your head). Use your judgement but you may be able to slowly crawl to safety.
24. Buried alive
As unlikely as this scenario is, its happened before. First, as soon as you stop panicking, cover your face with your shirt because youre about to get messy. Put your arms and feet up. Using your legs, push (duh). Your legs are always stronger. Due to the fact that you have limited oxygen you may want to do this like your life depends on it (it does). Pray that the casket is wood. If so you only have to crack it. Once this happens youll be glad the shirt is over your face. Dirt will start pouring in so use your feet to push it away from you to the other end of the casket. Assuming that you are not too deep this is the part where you claw your way to the surface like a zombie. And speaking of zombies, this brings us to our most dangerous situatio.
25. Zombie Apocalypse
Unlike the other situations on our list, this one will require all of your capacities to be fully functional for an extended period of time. The best thing we can suggest? Prepare. Watch lots of movies. Zombies come in all shapes and sizes so you need to be ready for everything. And one more tip
26. Shark attack
Remain calm at the first sign of a shark. If the shark hasnt started attacking yet, then you need to get out of the water as quickly and calmly as possible. If you are near your boat, stay still and call loudly (yet calmly) for your friends in the boat to come get you. If you are near the shore, swim smoothly and quickly, avoiding splashing if possible. If the shark has begun his attack, typically you wont be able to outswim an aggressive shark, so be prepared to fight. Aim for the sharks eyes, gills or snout (his only vulnerable areas) with your fists, elbows, knees and feet punching, clawing and kicking with all your might. Repeatedly jab, kick and claw at these areas with hard blows. If the shark sees you as a threat, he may retreat. If he does, immediately get out of the water and seek medical attention, even if your wounds seem to be superficial.
