Wing Posture
1. Slowly move the hands so that the legs ae lockd with the hands just above the feet.
2. Raise the head above

4. Stay for a few seconds in this posture with even breathing and then come back to normal position.

Precautions:
Position:
Slowly insert the head in between the legs. The heels should touch the shoulder
Place the arm straight towards sideways like wings of the bird.
Hold in this position for a few seconds with normal breathing.
Release the interlock and then slowly take back the head from in between the legs. Return to Chakrabhandasana. Come back to the normal position and relax.
