Soften your on camera flash

I personally usethe Gary Fong Lightsphereto soften my flash when I m shooting a reception or event photography indoors, but itworks just as well as Tupperware. It works fairly well and certainly looks better than shooting bare flash.

Over expose
If one person is a bit stale two people are perfect
Quit being a pansy
Pay it forward
Use windows as a giant softbox
Wait for a cloudy day
Bring a cheap romance novel to the shoot
When shooting for clients write their name on a sticky note and put it on the back of your camera
Long noses should look straight at the camera
Never shoot kids or babies from your normal standing height
If you accidentally use a bit too much flash it can be fixed in post
Use a polarizer to minimize reflections on glasses
