Always been in-the-zone player he has scored crucial goals for his side. Silva now plays for PSG along side Ibrahimovic.
2. Xabi Alonso

A world class player, Xabi has been a true footballer being a second generation player. Alonso became a cult player as he lifted the famous UEFA Champions League trophy with Liverpool in the 2004 season againt Milan in Instanbul. An expert in turning around games, Alonso is both a burst player and a calm footballer. Due to some differences he left Liverpool and joined Real Madrid where he holds a prime playing position in the midfield. Alonso is still cheered at Liverpool. A member of the famous Barcelona side and Spanish side which has won numerous trophies, this young player was discovered by Pep Guardiola. He remains calm & composed and is mainly known for his defensive roles for his team. He no doubt is a very effective player!

Drawing comparisons with father-in-law Diego Maradona, he is one of the world's most highly-rated strikers. Kun Aguero broke Maradona's record and became the youngest footballer to play an official game in the Argentine top division. A player with pace, power and finishing ability make him a real tough nut while his ball control and powerful bursts make him almost unstoppable in the box. He has won UEFA Europa League, UEFA Super Cup with Athletico Madrid and Premeir League title with Manchester City where he still plays.
6. Iker Casillas

Country : Spain
Captain of Spain and his club Real Madrid, and dubbed as "Saint Iker" at Real, he has brought glory to his country and club by winning Euro 2008 and World Cup 2010. A natural home grown talent, he had joined Real's youth team at the age of nine. He is an established payer and having won everything with Real, he trulty has come from a golden age. He has also won various awards like Golden Glove among the famous Spanish Treble, Euro 2008 and 2012 and the World Cup 2010.
7. Edinson Cavani

Country : Uruguay
Being a very useful and establishing himself as the most prolific player in the game, Cavani became a modern hit as he won the Copa America Cup with Uruguay. He was also a part of the Uruguay national squad which secured a fourth place in the World Cup 2010. He is known for his impressive goal scoring and has also won Coppa Italia. He currently plays for Napoli.
8. Yaya Toure
Position : Midfielder
Country : Ivory Coast
Yaya Toure is a defensive midfield lynchpin and plays a key role in every success. Earlier in Barcelone, now playing for Manchester City alongside his brother Kolo Toure after making a big money move. He has also been a key player for his country in the 2006 and 2010 World Cup.

Falcao has established himself as one of the most fearsome and coveted strikers in world football. He quickly won over the his fans, who nicknamed him El Tigre - The Tiger. Falcao has led his team to impressive victories in UEFA Super Cup and Copa del Ray finals winning his club Athletico Madrid, proud. His goal ratio exceeds even the likes of Messi and Ronaldo.
10. Robin van Persie

Country : Netherlands
Nobody knew when young Robin came to Arsenal, he would emerge as the top strikers of the world. Doing brilliant work and leading his club and country to glory, he has scored in many victories. After a smashing season with Arsenal post 2010 World Cup, he had a great run and eventually moved to Manchester United. He has been named "Premeir League's Player of the Year"on multiple occasions.
