To calm puffy eyes in the morning, Jodi Ranson, an esthetician at Utahs Golden Door Spa, recommends steeping two green tea bags and letting them sit in the fridge for at least 20 minutes before applying them. The caffeine helps increase microcirculation, and the coolness feels ohso refreshing.

Zinc, copper and selenium are required for collagen production, a healthy immune system and keeping your skin elastic, says Paula Simpson, BASc, RNCP. Add more of these minerals to your diet with foods like chicken, lean beef, walnuts, chickpeas, and dried fruits.
