tips to get ready for work

Tips to get ready for Work

Work as a term in broad sense may refer and include any kind of activity.
1. Get Up nice and early
Get up early, Take a quick morning shower if needed.
2. Get Dressed
Get fully dressed, especially if you are going to work. Wear nice clothing. Do not wear house rags or dirty t-shirts. If you are a guy, consider wearing a nice black or white shirt with a tie, nice black pants with dark socks, and black shoes. If you are a lady, you should wear a dress with pants and pretty shoes. You can wear a t-shirt to work, but make sure the t-shirt has no stains.
3. Eat Something
Eat a good breakfast. Pop a piece of toast in the toaster and have at least three egg whites with your breakfast. Have a good breakfast with good carbs, good fats, and protein. The combination will keep you satisfied longer. A six ounce glass of orange juice is a good beverage to have with breakfast. However, it is full of sugar and should be drank in moderation. Oatmeal, cereal, or a banana are all good carbs to eat when you start your morning.
4. Brush Your Teeth After You Eat Breakfast
Brush them well. Take your time while brushing your teeth. There is no reason whatsoever to rush.
5. Brush Your Hair
You can not go to work if your hair is an enormous, static, mess. Brush your hair well, taking care to gently remove any knots or tangles in longer tresses. Do not rush.
6. Gather everything you need together
Gather your books, suitcases, or anything you need for work together, preferably the night before. Dont hurry, and make sure you have everything before you leave.
7. Plan Ahead
The night before your early gym sesh, pick out your outfit and have it perfectly laid out and ready for you. Everything you plan to wear , you do not want to waste your time searching for matching socks in the morning.
8. Run Around
If you can cut off a few minutes getting to and from the gym, do it. Instead of walking to the gym and starting your workout when you get there, do a warm up jog to get there and back. If your gym has a decent locker room, get in the habit of getting ready for work at the gym, it will save you a lot of time commuting back and forth from the gym, even if it is just a few blocks away.
9. Less is More
Of course it depends where you work and what you are expected to look like while there, but think of ways to simplify your beauty routine. With your makeup, do you really need to spend as much time as you currently do primping? Perhaps you can spend less time on your eyeliner and still look completely presentable for work. Im not suggesting you go bare faced to work, but,if you can get away with a lighter face, go for it, you will probably get compliments on your natural look, Get a good tinted moisturizer and you will look fresh-faced in seconds. If you are the type who gets red-faced after a workout, try a face spray to instantly add moisture and brighten up your skin .
10. Hair Time Savers
If you are used to blow drying and ironing your hair each morning, try a new look for morning gym days. If you are always fighting your curly hair, try to tame and embrace your natural hair. Quick tips as soon as you are out of the shower put in curling creme , and do not use a towel to dry it, use a t-shirt instead . Either let it air dry , or use a diffuser. If you are not going for the curly and wavy look, try a sock bun. When done correctly this looks super buttoned up, but its a quick style . Im also a fan of the easy ,fishtail braid. No time to wash your hair? If it looks clean enough but just needs a little something, spray in dry shampoo, add a headband and head out the door.Work on this routine and see what works for you.
